The domain name of this website is owned by Magic Tourism and Travels Private Limited.
We are an experienced tour operator with approval from Ministry of Tourism, Government of India under the Incredible India scheme. We are also a member of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), the apex national body for travel agents in India, and we are required to abide by IATO guidelines for conduct and complaint resolution.
We use licensed guides; with the exception of some specialty tours like contemporary art trails, textile tours and cuisine tours, or where government guides don't have the specific expertise required. Where possible, our tours are led by women.
Terms and Conditions:
The customer's ("you/ your/ traveller") use of any products or services supplied by Magic Tourism and Travels Private Limited ("we / us") is subject to following terms:
- Purchase and personal Information: If you wish to purchase anything made available through our Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, addresses, mobile number etc.
- Services: We deliver the services you have requested.
- Security: We secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Payment Method:
You can either transfer money to our bank account, or pay online through our online secure payment gateway using a Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners card. Additional gateway charges may be applicable. Please check with us.
Refunds and Cancellation:
We offer the following cancellation policies:
Road Transport and Tours: Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will involve 50% retention.
Hotel Bookings: Cancellation and refund for hotels will follow the hotel's policy (i.e., their terms with us). Usually, full refunds are available if cancelled with 30 days' notice; however, there may be exceptions.
Flights and Trains: Refund is as per airline/railways policy
Jungle Safaris: Safaris are fully non-refundable once booked.
Other: Any other products/services sourced by us from third-parties for you, once booked are not refundable.
Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assume no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond our control that may interrupt or cancel any tour.
We assume no liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the quality and safety features of public and private transport.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed personal effects. We reserve the right to refuse to transport or retain any person as a member of the tour.
